 On my 67 y.old  a lot of diseases having, as base are ischaemic heart disease, stenocardia for tension , concomitant heart defect aorthal degenerative, aorthal and mitral failure, hypertension, hypothyreosis.  Cardiologist investigates me.

Now worry me are strong dizziness  and headache as occiput part, after Tests are  done MRT for heart brain am received conclusions , AR  picture for nidus changes in brain substance a discipular, dystrophy character. Local narrowing for space right SMA , asymmetry for blood current by PMA ,  and in cardiologic centre done duplex scanning for brachycephaly arteries. .And conclusion as atherosclerosis , stenosis is on 55 perc. in VSA from right, and after x ray test conclusion as osteochondrosis for neck side vertebra, left side scoliosis for neck-breast side. Asking help  a consultation in specialist  neurologist, help me a how to cure dizziness in my case?
