Plum desert.
1/4 cup for almond flour , 1/4 cup for oats gluten-free, 1/4 cup for coconut flour, 12 figs, 2 cups for plums, 2 tbl.sp. gluten-free rice starch, or any other use, artichoke by taste syrup, vanilla, cinnamon by wish.
Plums cut and put in pan on weak fire, and after mix flours with figs, and oats in blender. And receiving moisturize crumb separate for 2 parts. One part use for a desert forming base, on a bottom for small detachable put pergament and tamp our mass. And put in oven for 10 min at 185C, plums till this times are cooked. Add to plums starch, mix good, cool, shake purée in blender, am a still mixing with mixer, for tender consistence getting. And received plum mousse separate on two parts.
A one part mix with a remaining mass of flour with figs, and apply on the desert base.And on a top mouse layer and to frose for hour, and after take, sprinkle with coconut chips, and enjoy.
Nuts.
220 gr for universal gluten-free flour, 100 gr for coconut oil, 2 tbl.sp. flax flour with 6 tbl.sp. of water , sweetener by taste, pinch for salt, soda, 10 pieces for big figs, 1/2 cup for cashew.
Mix oil, sweetener, and eggs changers, add gluten-free flour,salt, soda, mix good, and form a pastry in ball. Pinch a few pieces and fill in nut mold , bake, and ready nuts cool. Cook filling of vegan condensed milk, or of figs, cashew, grind theirs in blender. Fill in halves for nuts and enjoy.
Plum pie friable.
A true bomb this pie. A friable pastry of coconut and oats and tender plum filling.

Warm oven till 180C, grease a detachable form with oil, in plate deep mix flours, oats, cinnamon, add aspen syrup, oil. And oil adding slowly, and pastry receiving ,like moisturize crumb. 2/3 of pastry add on a bottom of a form, rammed, bake base for pie for ten min and cool. And on this time cook filling. In pan on the middle fire cook 30 min are plums pieces with aspen syrup, starch, spices.
