Thick pastry need to receive, that cookie's easy forming with moist hands. Pergament grease with oil, sprinkle flour and add cookies. Bakes in 185 C till golden crust, cool for ten min.
Peach cookies.
280 ml. of gluten-free flour universal, 1/2 cup of grinderd almond, 2 sesames handful, eggs 3 or changer eggs as three tbl.sp. of flax flour with 9 tbl.sp. water, 5 tbl.sp. coconut oil, 1/3 tea.sp. of water, 1/2 tra.sp. apple vinegar, artichoke syrup by taste, am use 1/4 cup, 3 peaches in depend on from sizes.
Warm oven till 185 C, mix all, before dilute a flax flour in water and chop peaches.Grease pergament with oil and flour sprinkle, with moist hands form cookies and apply on sheet, and bake in oven till a golden colour, cool for ten min, enjoy.
Rice cookies with plums.
One cup for rice flour, 2 tbl.sp. rice starch, or any other, changers for eggs or 3 tbl.sp. flax flour with 1/4 cup of water, 1/2 jar for coconut creams soft, 1/4 tea.sp. of soda, 1/2 tea.sp. for apple vinegar, sweetener by taste, 1/4 cup of cedarwood nuts, 1/2 cup of plums.
And my favourite method are all mix, as on begin dried ingredients and nuts, after liquid add, and on the end adding plums chopped, pergament grease with oil, sprinkle flour, with moist hands form cookies as one tbl.sp. for one cookie. And warm oven till 185 C, bake till a golden colour. Give a good baking cookies.
Tender biscuit cookies.
Am using a base is cashew cream of 1/2 cup, my cup is 280 ml. Cream recipe of wet cashew in water, if in cold thus for night, or in hot for hour, filter, wash nuts, chop in blender till cream, smooth creamy kind. 3 eggs or 3 tbl.sp. changer for eggs, soda pinch ,/2 tea.sp. of apple vinegar, sweetener by taste, 1/3 cup of coconut milk, 5 figs, universal gluten fre flour, and flour add till a pastry dense, that with hands you can form cookies.
Warm oven till 185C, grease pergament with oil, flour with sprinkle, all mix, and on the end adding chopped on 4 pars figs. Apply cookies on pergament, forming cookies with moist hands, bake till a golden crust, 10 min give for theirs to cool.
Buckwheat flakes cookies.
1/4 cup for flakes , my cup is 280 ml, 100 ml. of cashew milk, 3 tbl.sp. flax seed with 9 tbl.sp. water.
Sweetener by taste, soda pinch, 1/2 tea.sp. of apple vinegar, 2 tbl.sp. vegetable oil, 1/2 cup for chopped almond.
1/4 cup for flakes add in warm cashew milk, for flakes covering. Fast mixing flax seed with warm water. And in swelling flakes add half cup of milk, sweetener, soda, 1/2 tea.sp. for apple vinegar, 2 tbl.sp. vegetable oil, 1/2 cup for chopped almond. Mix all, add flour universal gluten-free for dense pastry getting, of which with hands to form cookies, rolling balls, flatting and its all. Warm oven till 190C , on pergament greased with oil apply cookies by an favourite method till a golden crust.
