A theme for rising level private energy, health, and young i m interesting long time, thus am not leaving a theory about a need to wake up early, and with a sunrise. And you can hear this, but if you are not happy larks, thus you are found reasons or brushed off ,that is not matches for you. And why and who need to wake up early? Am I brushing off, am searched to work long time with a shifting graphic, and just to wake up late, thus on a morning my organism not worked good, head is not though, and to the evening activity raised and on a night best worked. But a leech for doubt gnawed, maybe am something loosing, thus am used an opinion for competent peoples and am received following variants:
1. All Vedic lectures, as they are share, that wake up need a very early, and shared are lots of bonuses.
2.My grandma with grandfather are woke up on 4-5.00 am and lived a long, healthy life till 45 y.old.
3. And friends put on the way for health life mode , learned for woke up on 5.00,and shared, a how much this give for them.
4. But between these opinions a voice by trainer a yoga shared, where am used, that listen on an own organism, and to do a how comfortably for him, and if you want to wake up later, thus do it, but she woke up earlier, and evening trains are hard for her given. Am not energetic, and activity in my life, sometimes apathy, depression attacked me, and am constant searching, that helping me a rising common productivity, improve a common condition and mood. And lots of interesting am opened , and energetic practise, but theme for early wake up haunted me. And am practised for this early waking up, am learned, using morning clocks for my health, and doing complex yoga and something still, staying energy, and active, but this is enough just for week. And one sensation covered me,that am learned gone in bed on 22-23 pm. Dubious joy, and considering ,that on the morning sleep not affected, am feeling a longer sleeping, and in a few weeks, that forces attached me , and am done a few things, which before am never done. Long time ago am visited sport club, regularity, am tired, and stayed on work longer, listen own organism, which a most often added ideas, why is he doing not want training, and in result no avail. Am true angry for my laziness as scolded itself for poor forces too. And when am gone to sleep very early as this is importance element on early wake up,thus am not trained not of laziness, but not of willpower, but of energy flaw. And now organism self ask for load , month for month I trained for 4 times/week and never stopped.
Am learned woke up earlier on 5.00 am, and for me are a few principles helped.
1. And for early wake up, go in bed for early too, am used 22-23.00 pm, and in such regime you are good sleeping, as 6-7 hours for sleep is enough.
2. And when you clock alarm rings, am begun woke up till a ring, is not needing in head voice listening,which saying,what you must to do. All needing happening as on autopilot , you are realizing routine goals, before in mind waking up. In thinking, why you need to wake up, brain will say ,that today is not need. Thus on a first wake up, wash, step, after think.
3. A search matching place for wake up, in theory,that a human sleeps with 1.5 hour cycles and importance wake up on outcome these 1.5 hours/thus sleep for 6 hours are better,than a 7/.On an autumn, winter is hard learning this, as on an early wake-up is cold and dark, summer, spring are better early wake up.
4. And better on the morning planning something good, what is motivating you for early waking up. And better in big goal, and you are needing to realize her. On a morning time dedicate to this goal, and this is any as language learn, book read, type posts, beauty time for spa, massage, make up, meditations, yoga, are new knowledges, project , home cleaning.And for me a goal as a work on the website. And by these hard rhythms times and work not allowed realized this goal. As mails typing, creating websites, but thanks for early wakes up on a website as displayed I want on tomorrow! with labels or tags, new design, systems for countdown in marathons etc.
