Squids cook, chop. All ingredients rub, mix with squids. And for sauce mix all ingredients and shake good.
Layer salad with red fish.

For portions 2 use are one avocado/100 gr/, juice 1/2 lemon, 120 gr weak salted red fish, 100 fr tomatoes, 2 tbl.sp. dill.
For sauce.
15 ml. olive oil, 15 ml. juice of lime or lemon.
1/2 piece of chopped garlic.
Chop avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice, cut fish. Clean tomatoes from seeds, cut on cubes.
For sauce chop garlic, mix all ingredients, mix. Salad put layers.First layer is avocado, pout over sauce, sprinkle with dill. After tomatoes , sauce, dill. On a top is fish, sauce, and dill.
Salad with shrimps and mango.

For one portion use 70 gr ripe mango, 40 gr red sweet pepper, 70 fresh cucumbers without pulp, 60 gr shrimps, 30 gr soya sprouts, 4 twigs of fresh cilantro.
For sauce are 1/2 garlic chopped, 15 ml. dark sesame oil, one tea.sp. soya sauce, one tea.sp. syrup artichoke, 2 tbl.sp. lime juice, pepper chilli by taste.
Clean mango, cut, like strips, clean cucumbers, remove middles, use tight part without a pulp, ready cucumbers, sweet pepper shred, soya sprouts with scald a hot water. Cook shrimps in boiling water for minute, clean. Cilantro chop. Mix all ingredients. For sauce mix all ingredients and add in salad.
Salad with avocado and mozzarella.

For one portion take are 50 gr avocado, 50 gr mozzarella, 20 gr bulgur, 30 gr fresh spinach, 10 hr micro green, 10 ml. olive oil, 10 ml. balsamic vinegar, pinch for Italian herbs, 5 gr seeds sesame.
Bulgur wet and cook till ready. Mozzarella cut on 4 parts, clean avocado, and put on bottom plate. On a top put avocado, mozzarella
and sprinkle seeds of sesame. For sauce mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar, add herbs, salt, pepper by taste, salt salad.
