We are enjoying eating sweets with my friends, and found a method, that to eat sweets of sorbitol and not to rise weight. That he is low calorie, then in sugar. We are though about a same sweets eating but of sorbitol, which today are selling a lot. But we not attention on this, that he is strong laxative effect having, and his better using in hard stool, as effecting good ,and without a habit.
But all his effects we are endured on itself. We are not attention, that they are good saturated, organism cleaned. but in a few weeks, such slimming true worried us. As of salts, water lost am felt weakness and nausea, thus we are avoided sorbitol use. And his using in diabetes, but for healthy organism and on the abundant quantities, he is prohibited. But positive lesson we are taken, that less eating sweets, maybe of bad our experiences.
