And on the morning am feeling,like new brown, and drinking this tea when am feeling nervousness.

Am living with hypertension for 30 years , learning  to check importance rules and attention to my health, and hypertension too. On evening adding in thermos one tbl.sp. leonurus, cudweed, bear berry, roots acorus adding in one l. hot water, infuse night, and after diluting in 0.5 l. vodka is 500 gr honey, mixing with filtered and cooling remedy, infuse 9 days, use 3 times/day one tea.sp, after rising till one tbl.sp. Cure for week, after rest for 3 days, doing these 3 times , by feeling. 

This a most effective and strong herb ,that valeriana or humulus. He curing gangrene, tumours, heart, nerves, depression, and good anti inflammation. And he's delaying ageing.Good effects on reproductive system, female, male.
