Sawdusts are useful too.

 And I like this advice by carpenter Semjen, he likes an own work, without a tree he cannot live and hour. At home and at work he's often working , something creating, and his apartment built with awesome acquired boards, decorated figures of wood, and smell,like in forest, this is fantastic!

We are meeting through a families and having friendship and today, but one day I  am not visited his apartment, that my legs  true  hurt.Am having joint problems, and not they are acuting. And my mood was bad. And they are not simple ability to me surrendering  , and am visited birthday party and this has been perfect.  Helped me Semjen , he  given me from his work a packet for pine sawdust, and he cured waist, but helping such cure and for joints  .Am  not believed, but my legs stopped hurt after two procedures.

Handful of sawdust added in hot water, and when they are steaming and am taken theirs and applied to ache legs, wrapped polyethylene   packet, warmed  with scarf and gone in bed for rest. And am sometimes applied compress on the morning, or for night.

Sawdusts    faster removed from my legs all ache, and on a birthday I   danced, and nobody believed,that few days ago am true hard moved, limped. And this is true unusual cure.
