Before my pension, I never enjoyed sport, just worked and stayed with my family. But on pension I found a time to train, bought rubber carpet with spikes, every evening watching TV I am training for my legs. Put under leg carper and training.
Put feet parallelly for each other and doing rolling from a heel to toe and back.
Heel of left hand pressing a few times are fingers of right leg, after contrary.
Imitating steps on toes, on heels on external side a foot and on inside.
Sit a leg on leg, with a leg which staying on carpet, doing tramples. And to begin a front feet part up and down, not tearing off fingers from a floor, changing legs position, doing a same with other leg. And all exercises are not repeats for more, than 10 times, that not displaying tiredness and aches in legs muscles. A better after small rest doing complex still one time. Spikes on carpet are good, to irritates and warms surface feet. As all inside organs having projections on the heels, thus a getting rubbing feet, and massaging liver, spleen , heart. And on the legs and hands are having biologic active points. Affecting on theirs, you can to correct work a few inside organs. And for hands massage am I using rubber ball, am bough this in shop with Children s items, or for animals. And small spikes in this ball are good to irritating skin, activating blood circulation and nerve ends.
Squeeze ball between palms, rolling his to the front and back. Take ball in right hand, squeeze his to the back part of wrist left hand and rolling his on external side of left hand till a shoulder, and after down till a wrist. After put his in left hand and rolling his on the right hand. Such simple exercise benefit for those, who endured stroke.
