Dissapearing Arnica.

 Since a time from  Dioscoride  plant  Arnica also knew. And in Old Rome, Crete of flowers fought aches, bruises of injuries. Today a fact, that by experience she helps for heart, but this is plant as disappearing, if you see here, take attention on her and care!

200 ml. of hot water add 3 tbl.sp. inflorescences and keep on boiling bath for 15 min, filter, add hot water till a first size, and this infusion my mum use on 2 tbl.sp. for 3 times/day as cholagogue effect.

A better buy also and ready homeopathic arnica ointment, she saves you in any skin damages, veins, haemorrhoid, also in haemorrhoid effective are arnica suppositories, which selling in homeopathic pharmacy. Or cook ointments against injuries.

Fill in jar of glass till top with flowers baskets of arnica, add olive oil, infuse 40 days , filter, take 0.5 l. of oil, add 200 gr of bee wax, 100 gr of fir raisin, 200 gr propolis. Melt on water bath, mixing, ointments is receiving a soft, homogeneous. Use her for curing any wounds, varicose nodules, cracked skin. Help in ache joints, inflamations .
