In my hubby is neck osteochondrosis, as often feeling headaches, very hurt, and very strong .He's taking remedies.
A case is hard, but this case is need to prevent before,if timely he used right methods as not lazy ,doing exercises, right eating.
Am a healthy life keeping, starvation, training, dousing a cold weather are for me a habit classes, but you are an other human for rules, and when diseases attacked you are trying something to change, but doing this very care. Who is not need in neck osteochondrosis meet you can to do a few exercise .Deep and calm to breath on the exercise time, concentrate minds on the moves, every exercise repeat for 2-3 times, slowly rise quantities for repeats till 10-15 times. Before exercises neck wash a cold water, wet skin with towel, and grease any nourishing cream.
1.Through back neck, open mouth, and loading muscles in chin, slowly tight low jaw to the top,as a low slightly close a top.
2. Fingers of hands put on shoulders, and try to pull out up, not rise shoulders, but press on theirs with fingers.
3. Low head on the breast, roll her is on the left shoulder till rejection, after recline back , on the first shoulder and again on the breast. Repeat move as on the back direction.
4. Support with elbows in table, wrists of hands put in lock, and support a chin. And with hands slowly rise chin up, at the same time resistance an overcome. After press with chin , hands down.
5. Rolled lips, like tube, and activity articulating/silence too/ pronounce any vowel sounds.
6. Energy low corners of mouth/mask for contempt and load neck muscles ,after relax.
7. Take in mouth pencil, and draw out chin to the front, draw in air circles or ovals.
8. Put palms on the forehead and incline head to the front, eesistance for hands overcoming.
9. Hands behind head/occiput region/, try throw back her with the same time keeping with hands.
