Am sharing about a how to cook cheese mass. Melted butter oil beat in pot, till a white, and stay lush, add sugar, vanilla, salt, raisin, mix good and keep good to mix . And put on a small portions individually a curd rubbing with sugar, smooth in individual dish, and put on cold.
500 gr of curd are 2 tbl.sp. fromage, glass of sugar, 1/4 tea.sp. of salt, 100 gr of butter oil.
