Curd pastry, which I am cooking is not having sugar almost, sweet is just filling.
250 gr of curd, 250 gr of oil or margarine, glass of fromage, pinch of salt, flour same that a pastry will be elastic.To mince meat curd, or rub through sieve, ready pastry put in cold for hour. After, I am forming bagels with a filling. As of curd is 250 gr, yolk, 2 tbl.sp. of honey. Good filling is carrot-curd, as shredding fresh carrot, stew in pot, with lid, cool, adding sugar pinch, curd. And if curd not add,thus a filling will be just a carrot. Apple or carrot apple cooking also.
A pastry separate on the four same parts, every rolling in circle layer as on 5 mm for thick, cut on the triangles-segments, apply filling and wrapping from a wide end till narrow. Pinch ends and bake curd bagels in oven on 180C.
