Am sharing my recipe a lecho,as on autumn vegetables are not having a high price,especially from you garden.As similar recipes are much, but this am not met. Am cooking his 16 years,and all are happy and appreciate.
A Bulgarian pepper 5 kg red are more, a little bit yellow, and green, just for beauty,red tomatoes 3 kg, as oblong, plum kinds, as they are not juicy and for lecho is best.Carrot 0.5 kg ,like shredding for china s carrot, garlics 2, oil sunflower 300 ml, salt 100 gr, sugar 400 gr, apple vinegar 100 ml, bay leaf 2 pieces.
As wash tomatoes, cut are peduncles and to mince meat. After this mass,salt,sugar, shredding carrot put in enamel pot and boil 5 min since a boiling moment. After in this mass adding cutting,and shredding pepper. After boil 5 min, add oil, and boil 5 min.As on the last time add chopped onion, and vinegar. Boil 5 min. Ready! As rolls up in jars sterilized as lids too boil.
