 Am suffered within many times of anaemia,used remedies ,as rising iron in blood , but they are not helped me. As one friend shared recipe as 2 tbl.sp. buckwheat cereal wash, scald, and add glass of kefir, infuse night, and on the morning swelling cereal in add two tea.sp. of honey, use this dish in a day as breakfast.

And in three month my haemoglobin is normalized, and am keeping eating buckwheat,she is benefit and within year no problem with haemoglobin, and my haematologist this recipe advices this recipe for patients.

But for begin try to check ,that what is caused anemia  or vitamin B12 deficit,as do right analyses,which DR prescribes you.
