As on February 2020 my age was been 85 y.old, and yes, diseases also having, and De Muse shared,that exercises are changing lots of remedies, but non a remedy is cannot change are exercises. And these words are guides to action,and am a doctor therapeutic are on the last years, but to remedies alternatives am selected gymnastic and walk.
As in bed,am wake up am doing exercises, bending hands, squeezing stronger in fist are fingers, pull to itself are feet, reduce shoulder blades, move back head, shoot by eyes..every exercise doing on 30 times.
Training my breath, breathe in deeply, after breathe out, which in 4 times longer,than breathe in, and on breathe out, not lie passively, but squeezing fingers of feet and wrists hands, buttocks muscles, connecting shoulder blades,yawn.. As in yawn result is happening clap in ears, and this exercise is benefit for preventing hearing loss. As for fighting dyspnoe and filling a blood with an oxygen am doing breathe in and breathe out are for 6 times.
After sit on the edge bed, legs are on the floor and keeping doing complex , with straight spine and unwrapped shoulders turning head to the right and left, doing with her inclines to the front,like nosing, incline head to the front doing are rotational moves.And on this time am keeping eyes training for cataract preventing and glaucoma, and other eyes diseases.And exercises for head am begun dine when after an accident happened. As on 2005 as left my train, am visited my garden, as a distance on 2.5 km, but am fallen between stones, as sense lost,and when am woke up within 3 min, found itself on the other road place. Am happy,that not cars was been, and though am,that this sense lost tied with my diseases as atherosclerosis for sleep arteries and cerebral vessels,as of spasms vessels of neck are stopped feeding a cerebral brain, and still since 2003 am having atrial arrhythmia,as weak heart cannot push in blood in right size on arteries. And 15 years later ,thanks gymnastic a sense not left me.And exercises am doing not just on the morning at bed, and before TV is on TV watching. After, remove a blanket top and in bed, bended legs in knees, wrists are on the belly,and knees turn to the right, head to the left, and so are 30 times. And also am bicycle twirl, doing with legs are scissors, as not tearing off pelvis,rise legs under corner is 90 degrees,and stand up on my knees and supporting on palms, bending my spine,like arc.
And my complex having a hour, and exercises help me to live, and work. Am a fisherman, and on winter as after fishing am walked 16 km within a day, but hip, knee joints are hurt,as healed hurt with home magnet apparatus, but she is raises , thus am in bed tried twirl bicycle ,alternately with every leg till 50 times moves and ache stopped. As in aches spine, joints of low extremities , gymnastic doing a lie.
As in heart diseases benefit is walk, in a time of which you can stop and control loads.And run by jogging is avoid,am used, run ,like for a last bus and strong dyspnoe happening. And more older you are,thus more needing in gymnastic and walk,am think!
