I had a problems with hip joints as am a village person,and lots of work am having, thus in loading hurt are with every year staying stronger. And doctor advised me a change joint, am avoided.And when am used a wisdom words by Hua To,as when a door s handle is moving ,thus she is not rust,thus and person if more move,thus a not rust,and against joint rust am done yoga, tibetian, china gymnastics, and selected exercises which are helped me.
And stand up, legs are on the width a shoulders , hands down, relax, and care not hurt, turn with pelvis, moves with a very small amplitude,and attention all on your ache joint,as think about as in joint cup is moving a head of hip joint and beginning secreting a joint liquid.Doing are three turns as in one side,after a same in other,and exercises doing for three/five approaches with rest in 25 min between theirs.Am doing after a physical loads or in pause on advertisements ,when am watching tv.
