3.As within a many years am feeling stuffy nose and eyes tearing,as after investigation diagnosis is rhinitis and advised me for 3 times a day in eyes to drip

 are drops as taufon and oftan catachrom and am 5 years driping and improves are not having.Against rhinitis advised to drip dexamethasonum and rinostop and wash nose a aquamarise,also not helped, as could not incline feeling bad breath, nose is not breath, from eyes are tears displaying,like filled a sand,as very strong pricky feeling,like eyelash entered.And in left eye is detachment retina, and right is see, wearing glasses plus 3.5, under eyes are wetting bags, temples aches, in eye balls, cataracta is still young,please help me fighting are tearings, and how to cure nose if its antritis.

Tearing is having two reasons as first is edema of nasolacrimal canal as tie a conjuctiva cavity and nose cavity, and by this canal tear in norm follows from eye in nose cavity,and in chronic antritis is displaying narrowing and edema this canal, and tear is nowere to go and she follows out. And next reason in abundant tearing as she is not quality enough,and this condition calling a hypersecretory a syndrome for dry eye,in which not forming  a quality tear film,protecrting eyes against external affects,thus a small irritation leading to abundant compensatoty tearing.And cure here directing for edema of nasolacrimal removing and on the forming a quality tear film, and for edema fighting drip tobradex as on 2 drops for 3 times a day within a week, and for three times a day with this cure add eye gel oftagel or systein balance.They are creating a protection film is on the eye top and using for a long time.And interval between a driping a drop and gel is ten minute,and in antritis visit an other doctor as ENT.
