Sauce of apples and black radish by French.

 Cleaned apples to shred, add in radish, add vegetable oil, salt, sugar, broth or creams, mix.

one apple are 3 tbl.sp. of radish, 2 tea.sp. of broth or creams, by taste add oil, salt, sugar.

Cream apple  by Danube.

As washed,cleaned and chopped apples cook in water, rub through sieve, add sugar, add white eggs, mix all, shake till a thick kind and cold in ice.

200 gr of apples is 50 gr of sugar, egg, 15 gr of almond, 70 gr of creams.

Fast apples preparing.

Selected,washed fruits boil in water for 2 min, add syrup. Roll up a boil lids in three l. of jars, keep for to put.

Syrup cook of 2 l. a water and 500 gr of sugar, and improving for a taste qualities apples are pour over a ready apple juice.

 

Jam of small apples.

As apple jam is always having in your menu and on holidays. And simple cooking theirs are selected apples add in copper bowl  or in enamel pot, add sugar, as 1.2 kg of sugar in one kg of apples,add 2 glasses of water and infuse in warm place for night, and on the next day cook is on weak fire for 2 hours.
