Pasteurized cranberry.
Selected and washed cranberry add in jar glass cleaned, pour over sugar syrup, and put in boiling water for ten min, after close with lids.Cold into to keep.
One kg of cranberry is one l. 50 perc. sugar syrup.
Cranberry in sugar syrup.
Selected,washed beries put in half l. l. of glass jars,add syrup sugar, pasteurize for 20 min.
one kg of berries is one l. ten perc. sugar syrup.
