Selected and washed berries cook in sugar syrup for 20 min, add cleaned pieces of apples and cook 20 minutes.

Pasteurized cranberry.

Selected and washed cranberry add in jar glass cleaned, pour over sugar syrup, and put in boiling water for ten min, after close with lids.Cold into to keep.

One kg of cranberry is one l. 50 perc. sugar syrup.

Selected,washed beries put in half l. l. of glass jars,add syrup sugar, pasteurize for 20 min.
