Selected and washed berries add in cold sugar syrup, and on the next day boil syrup and cold. Again add his in berries and cook on weak fire till ready.
one kg of berries are 1.5 kg of sugar, 2 glasses of water.
A jam with ashberry and apples.
Chop berries,scald,add in washed berries as cooked for 2 min in 2 perc. salt sol. and add in syrup and cook for three methods,like a jam of ashberry.
one kg of berries are 500 gr of apples, 2 kg of sugar, 2 glasses of water.
Ashberry puree.
Cook berries in 2 perc.salt sol. add on sieve, wash a cold water, rub through sieve, add in jars and pasteurize as one l. for 20 min, half l are 15 min.
one kg of berries as 40 gr of salt, 2 l. of water.
Ashberry candies.
White egg chop with sugar, add lemon juice, mix till thickness. Roll in this mass every berry and roll in sugar powder after and put on the board for dry.
2 glasses of berries is one white egg, 150 gr of sugar , one tbl.sp. lemon juice, sugar powder.
A jam of apple ashberry.
one kg of ashberry puree, 5 kg of apple puree, 5 kg o sugar and mix and cook jam till a ready is on the weak fire.
Ashberry juice.
Washed berries adding in water till softness, rub through sieve or getting juice is in juice machine, press juice and pasteurize in glass of jars or bottles as in half . are 15 min.
2 kg of berries are 2 l. of water.
Juice of ashberry with sugar.
In ashberry juice add sugar syrup, lead till boiling, and add in bottles for a keeping.
550 gr of fresh juice is 450 gr of 35 perc. sugar syrup.
