Washed,cleaned fruits add in pot and boil 5 minutes, rub, with infusion add sugar, lead till boil and add diluted starch and lead till boil.
Serve as cold .
200 gr of apricots for 120 gr of sugar, 40 gr of starch, 0.8 l. of water.
We love kisel here and serve with shaken curd, creams or porridge as rice, manna or oats.
