And for next day pour off syrup from plate, boil, add in apricots and infuse day. And on the third-day apricots are lied in syrup is cook till ready, and in ready kind apricots and syrup are transparent.As one kg of apricots are 2 glasses of sugar, 2 glasses of water.

Ripe apricots put in boiling water, keep till a new boiling, remove from a water , add on the sieve , filter and cool apricots,after with knife clean a peel, add in deep pot, every layer sprinkle in sugar as one kg of sugar for one kg of apricots,close a lid and put in cold place.For a next day cook are 20 minutes, calculating since boiling. Add in jars and put on steam for 25 minutes and fotr a taste feeling add on every jar are 5 seeds of apricots.
