Am read a book,when author since childhood doing fights, as every moves are affecting on the health, and person s condition and from his book am used a method for fighting tiredness.
As in weakness,fatigue and for faster leading in form, and returning work capacity, am massaging point is on the right hand,as this point calls pjan san as turn wrist with palm up, and look is on the small finger,as on his are three skin wrinkles and in the places,where you can bending a finger, and for a fighting tiredness effecting on the middle such wrinkle,which having a near to the finger s end.Am doing this with squeezing finger with big and direction finger of left hand,and with a pillow of big finger as easy pressing is on the point pjan san within 5 minutes.
