Fighting with winter sleep with flower and aroma therapy, which rising my mood are, every evening taking bath with orange, bergamot, tea tree, grapefruit, cypress, lavender, geranium,mayoranum ,Rosemary are a few drops adding ,and at work in fatigue apply one drop is on the table and aroma fills my cabinet. And clear colours are fighting depression, thus on winter am wearing in clear colours, adding in home interior are clear items, as pictures, windows covers, which are enjoy my eyes.
