In our family enjoys fish, and recently in my collection added new recipe as a best fish soup, and all are enjoyed.
Am used fish sea bass or any other sea fish, as clean her, clean gills,wash good, as not remove skin,just cut fillet, and clean bones.As use 400 gr of fish, 300 gr zucchini , 2 tomatoes, onion.Fillet cut on pieces and put on plate. And head, tail, vertebra put on pot, add one l. of water,lead till boiling, salt,pepper, foam remove, cook till ready are 30 minutes. Chop onion, zucchini cut along and for half, after on rings. Add in pot four tbl.sp. of olive oil, and stew onion till transparent, add zucchini , fillet pieces and all fry as mixing.Cross on cross cut tomatoes, scald, clean, cut on cubes and add in pot, after add hot fish broth, and cook ten minutes. Serve with chopped basil, petroselinum or estragon.
Sea fish improves heart work, nerve system, calcium and phosphorus having, and sea bass is low calorie fish, and entering in many diets.
