Sit of.
1.Sit is on bed or floor, legs not bending, and before itself, wrists are on the knees, and move to the front with buttocks without hands, and if you can and back, initial breath/picture3/.
2.Sit is on edge of bed or chair, legs are not bending,crossing but, right leg is on the top, and stronger squeeze buttocks as breathe in, draw in anal duct in itself, relax and breathe out. Repeat are ten times,change legs positions and repeat are ten times.
Stay of.
1.Keep with hand or support as for table, chair or wall, cross legs, as right to the front, left behind, and rising on toes,squeeze buttocks are on breathe in, repeat are ten times,change legs, left id to the front, right as back ,repeat are ten times.
2.Legs are on the width of shoulders, toes turned inside, wrists are on waist, half sit, legs connect together, squeezing a crotch, breathe in, spine not bending,return in initial position as breathe out, repeat are 6 times.
3.Legs are together, hands down, hands up as breathe in, down as breathe out, repeat are 4 times.
4.Keeping with hands for support as walk on the place of cross step are 30-50 steps/picture 4.
