In infused dish put malt, rusks, fragaria berries, cinnamon, mint, and in mixing adding slowly are 18 l. of water, infuse at room for 4 days, and in the moment for fermenting time in the mass as in mixing adding slowly 6 l. of boiling water, infuse, liquid phase filter, add in cleaned bottles,add in every 3 raisins, close, and keep in cold at 2-4C, within 2 weeks.
0.8 kg of rye malt grinding, 0.4 kg of rusks of millet bread, 0.4 kg of fragaria forest, 0.8 kg of honey, 25 of cinnamon, 25 kg of mint,0.4 kg of raisin, water by the recipe for kvass cooking.
Simple honey kvass.
As in enamel dish put 15 l. of boiled water, dilute honey, cook on weak fire within 4 hours till lightness , and in 0.5 l. of water cook humulus, before 20 minutes to the ending of cooking a wort honey in mixing adding humulus infusion, add mass in wood pot and after cooling adding yeasts,and on an ending a main fermenting a wort add in an other stewed pot wood, close, ut in cold for 2 weeks ,after add in bottles,close,keep till using on the cold.
4 kg of honey, 200 gr of yeasts, 200 gr of humulus, water by recipe for kvass cooking.
