Doctor Sinjakov advices to do these a small exercises, as begin from walk, knead joints for hands, hands, and vertebra with a turn moves, inclines to the front,side, bending back, turns, waves,after these are light run on the place for 5 minutes and special exercises.
1.Stand up near to the wall, and stretch up, to the drawed line, rising on toes and straight out maximally.
2.Stretch on the bar, relax after and hang such a few sec.
3.In hang doing ,like pendulum oscillations for legs to the right and left, muscles are maximally relaxed.
4.As on relaxed hang, turn corpus to the left and right.
5.Jump up, alternately push with leg as with right and left, after both legs, jumping, try a touch with hand is item high finding.
6.Lie on the spine, legs straightened, hands to sides, alternately rise a one or other leg to the straighten corner.
7.Lie on the belly, legs not bending,hands behind a spine in lock, bend, rising head and shoulders.
8.Lie on the spine, legs not bending, hands stretched for body along, rise are tied straightened legs.
9.Lie on the spine, hands are on waist, rise tied straightened legs,try to put theirs behind head.
Every exercise repeat for 6-12 times.
