300 gr of fresh shampinons, 5 marinade cucumbers, 5 egg, hard boiled, green onion, salad, fresh petroselinum green, salt.
Cleaned shampinons to cook , add on sieve, cool, mushrooms,eggs, and cucumbers to chop, mix,salt, add in salad dish, where are put salad leaves.Before serve decorate with green onion, and petroselinum.
Mushroom salad of chanterellas.

500 gr of fresh chanterellas, two twigs of thyme, 4 leaves of basil, 2 salted cleaned sprat, garlic piece, one tbl.sp. of lemon juice, 150 gr of mayonnaise, bunch of petroselinum.
Thyme twigs boil 5 minutes in 0.5 l. of water, add cleaned mushrooms, cook in pan, closed with lid and on the middle fire are 5 minutes.Add mushrooms on the sieve, cool, chop sprats, leaves of basil, garlic. Mix,add lemon juice, mayonnaise, pour over a mushrooms, close salad a lid and infuse half hours, at room, serve with decorating chopped of leaves petroselinum.

Jar of marinade honey fungus, 250 gr of beef ham, 5 eggs, hard boiled, middle onion, 250 gr of hard cheese,1/2 glass of mayonnaise,salt, pepper by taste.
Wash mushrooms, add chopped cheese, ham, shredded eggs, and onion, mix an all, dress mayonnaise,add spices by taste.
