Here are a few exercises for eyes, are formed by Tibetian healers, they are helping in all eyes diseases and in blepharitis.
Sit or stay.
8 moves with eyeballs to the top and down, left and right.
8 circle moves on the clockwise and same against.
close eyes and calculate to 40.
Open eyes and faster wing.
Open eyes, fix a look before itself, and not closing eyes calculate to 40.
After ending these exercises,deeply breathe in, and for 40 sec sing on the half sound are guuuu-uuu-oooo.
