3 tbl.sp. of chopped herb hypericum in glass of the hot water adding, infuse for 3 hours, filter, use on 1/3 glass for 3 times/day before meal.
Chopped and mixed acorus roots, leaves trefoil buck bean, centaurea, wormwood, peel of orange, as one tbl.sp. mass adding in glass of the hot water, cook ten minutes on weak fire, filter, use 1/2 glass for 3 times/day before meal.
