As am hypertonic, and within many years, am offering recipes ,that helping me against hypertension, as they are effective and taste.
Glass of lemon juice and juice of green apples,adding glass of honey, two tbl.sp. of brandy, mixing, use one tbl.sp. for 3 times/day before meal.
Shred are two carrots, half cleaned apple, chop are three leaves of cabbage, petroselinum bunch, mix, dress with lemon juice, eat for one time.
100 gr of seeds millet, add water, warm into infuse, in shoots display, wash theirs, to mince meats, add honey.
100 gr of walnuts nucleus's adding in three tbl.sp. of honey, mix also same eat for one time.
Shred peel of lemon, or orange, add honey, use one tea.sp. for 3 times/day before meal for 2 weeks.
