Three years ago am felt strong dizziness, am stopped, and searched support for not to fall, am visited neurologist. otorangiologist, and created complexes of exercises,which are helped me, am done everyday, on the second half day, as calm, slowly temp, though about what am done, and these are complex.
Position initial in all exercises are sit on chair, legs supporting in floor, spine and neck are straight, hands lie on the knees.
Exercise 1.
1.Rise head up, low to the initial position.
2.Low head, return back.
3.Turn head to the left, return back, after to the right, return back.
Exercise 2.Repeat on begin from the left, after right are 8 times.
1.Return head to the side till a light support, look behind a spine, and with eyes find a low point is on the vertebra coccyx.
2.From this point with eyes look up a straight line on the vertebra to neck, rising at the same time a head, return back.
Exercise 3.Repeat for 5 times.
1.Incline head to the front, chin with a touch for breast, return back.
2.Return head to the left, as with a chin move is on the breast to the left shoulder.
3.Slowly return head to the right, move with chin from the left to the right shoulder,return back.
Exercise 4.Repeat are 5 times.
1.Slowly incline head to left, try with ear touch a shoulders.
2.Same to the right.
As on a first time is crack to hear of muscles, if feeling dizziness, thus more stronger delay a temp for doing.
Exercise 5.Repeat are 4 times.
incline spine, and head till a light support to the knees,return back.
Exercise 6. Repeat on ten times are to the front and back.
1.Nod with head to the front, like to the friend say hi.
2.Head is back.
After improving as on the morning am added exercises,which are doing on the floor as rolled a blanket, or matres for a spine not hard, as lie on the spine, legs are stretched, hands are squeezed to the body.
Exercise 1.Repeat are ten times.
Return on the left side from this pose as right away return on the right side, return back.
Exercise 2.Repeat are 8 times.
1.Return on the left side, return back.
2.Return is on the right side, return back.
As ending on,stand up, walk at room a few complexes is one time, after every day added still one time, leading till a needing quantity for repeats, this is importance to check!
As on an ending exercise with a direction of right hand for minutes is pause with to press on the point of a calming in a base of nose arc over top lip. With a direction finger of left hand for minute to press as pause with on the point for a good feeling, as on the hole of right hand, as on the intersection of straight lines in a base of direction and big fingers,after are same, but with direction of right hand is on the left hand for minute. As with exercises am used infusion of dried berries ash berry, root of burdock and plantain,am mixed an all, and one tbl.sp. every of, am used two tbl.sp. mass in 0.5 l. of the hot water, cooled, kept at cold, used half glass on with hot water added, as of warm for 20 days are two times/day before meal, as after added three days rest, after used ten days infusion of dried ash berry berries as one tbl.sp. for glass of the hot water on half glass for two times/day, after week resting am repeated still one time. As after this complex curing am felt better, as when dizziness are stopped since three years are left, am keeping training, as they are not hard for 12 minutes just, and when am training am remembering this words as to be a healthy, you need to work!
