As long time had an atrophic rhinitis,drops are not saved, and very harmful they are for long time to use, and doctor advices me to use hormonal nasal spray, and laser surgery, but am fear for surgery and hormones, thus am read next help and begun healed, so on the night am sleeping with an open mouth and not snoring.
As wash nose everyday for 3 times/day of salted solution, as am use 0.5 tea.sp. of sea salt in half glass of warm water,filter against salts crystals, as am filling in injection solution, without a needle, lie on the side and direction water up, after every sprinkle in, am sniffs with nose,as in throat entering am spit out, as after on the next side and repeating with next nostril.
As sprinkle in a nostril on which a side you are lie, as am doing inhalants with salt, adding her on dry pan, scald, add in plate, breathe in over her, till salt cooling, as doing this before sleep.
As a few times/day massaging face in the nose region, are his wings, nose top, forehead, as rubbing skin with a pillows of fingers, along a nose are moves directions fort nostrils.
As these remedies are not faster helping you, as in a few months are changes , but not clear,soon will be a very visible.
