Within many years my vision is worsened, but on my 52 y.old am not feeling aging, and never felt bad vision, so am bough a glasses plus 1.50, so hard to read, as doctor talked about a lens is god, pressure and transparent are good, just aging is bad vision.Am wondered,and thought about that a nothing cannot help me, and am worsening my vision with ages, no, am think am sure that i can help itself,and read many books,so this letter for you on September am written without a glasses.
As everyday am done relaxing gymnastic for eyes, as she helping loading fighting of eyes and tired muscles, as close eyes for 30 sec, squeeze with palms, for dark, as after faster wing for 30 sec, as after running eyes, concentrate look on the different items are far and near, as ,like a part of gymnastic knead neck, shoulders, vessels to the head and eyes going thorough theirs, as muscle delay in lows blood circulation in retina, as ending with a light eyelids massaging for 5 minutes and around eyes.
As every day for 15 minutes am enjoy visited parks for looking on greens, herbs, flowers, green colour is a good for vision, relaxing eyes.
Waring sun glasses, as rays are good for vision, but abundant is bad, as for adults sunglasses are needing always so you can get risk of glaucoma and cataract.
As cooked infusion of blue cornflower is benefit for yes,wetted pads,applied to eyes, also benefit of chamomile, cucumbers, tea packets, regular doing, they are will help you.
Eat more berries of blue, black colours, less fats, meat, base meal for you are antioxidants as vegetables and fruits are.
wash cool water of are eyes, as cold water lows blood current, lowering loading ,tiredness,in palm am adding cold water and put in her a face, or in plate with a water am put a face, and wing with an eyes.
Am never used supplements, or glasses, vitamins, but for a short time returned my vision.
