Who not enjoy or prohibited in active sport, try this slow gymnastic.Am heard this as since two months ago, but am sured in tone of organism, feeling better, and nobody prohibited.
Stay, hinds till sides,stretch with a fingers of left hand to the left, with a right to the right,like prolonging hands in both sides.
Incline to the front, hands back, locked fingers under knees, bended legs, low head, relaxing neck, and around spine, stretch up, as straightening spine from the waist.
Wrists behind head, touch with a fingers of right hand of left shoulder, left hand is for right shoulder, stretch fingers down, like you try a touching to the low edge for opposite shoulder blade.
Right leg to the front, left back, with a right hand stretch back, and with left to the front,like in a first exercise,like prolonging hands, repeat in other side.
