AS on winter am having as acuting eczema, as these are affecting in cold and metabolsm bad, as on a hands and legs skin is red, with bladders covering, as in crushing are ulcers leaving, as sleep is bad,as itching is strong, am try to not scratch my skin, as worsening, but am not fough a full her, but am lowering her, relieving symptoms, as am sure and helping for you.
as on walk, am am warm clother wearing, just before are cotton of, or thin ,flax, as sweat absorbing good, not rubbing, as am never use a hot water, she skin dryness, just warm, as one time taking oats baths of packet oats flakes wetting in big pot, in warm water,aftyer adding in bath, lie in her for 20 minutes.
in irritation skin as am washing a soda solution as one tea.sp. for glass of water, after grease with flax oil, so are bladders not fornming.
as vitamins are good for immunity, as eczema acuting on the cold season, am not using pharmateutical vitamins, am getting of meal, as everyday eating sauerkraut with cranerry, as dreseed in non cleaned melted oil, dfrink hibiscus, and one tea.sp. of fish fat is a good for skin, as methods are not hard, but thanks to theirs,am keeping her in control.
