1.Legs are together, hands down, in hands is gymnastic stick, as rise stick up, as leave right leg back on the toe, breathe in, return back is breathe out, same with an other leg.
2.Legs are on the widen for shoulders, bended hands in elbows and keep stick over head, turning body to the left, and rising stick up is breathe in, return back is breathe out same with a turn of body to the left.
3.Legs are together, hands down, in hands in gymnastic stick, rising stick up m bending is breathe in, incline to the front, not bending legs, put stick on the floor is breathe out.
4.Steps are on place with breathe in on two steps are 1-2, with breathe out on three steps are 3-4-5.
5.Legs together are, low hands, keep stick before itself, as move stick to the side is breathe in, return back is breathe out, same in other side.
6.Legs are together, stick behind spine in lowered hands, incline body to the front, rising hands with a stick up is breathe in, return back is breathe out.
7.Legs are together, hands keeping stick on the shoulders back, in initial breathe are body turns around vertical axis to the right and left.
8.Legs are together,rise on the toe, hands up, hands are to back and squat is breathe in.
9.Steps are on the place, slowly delay temp.
As these exercises doing in the small and middle joints are moves repeating for 6-12 times, in big and body moving with till 6-8 times.
