As for preventing,these exercises are not load, not stretch muscles, rhythmically breath, between an individual exercises adding rest for a 30 sec, every exercise doing for 6 sec, as hands behind chair s of spine lied, incline to the front as against hands penetrating.
Incline to the front, hands with taking for a chair s legs front, stretch theirs up slightly, stretch slightly up,,like you are try take from a floor.
