Hands in sides,squeeze and squeeze out fists for 40 times.
Turn head on 90 degrees to the right and left.
As spring, pull in chin to the front, back.
As doing her more often,she is strengthening muscles, improve blood circulation in all organism, do not enter in winter sleep, just care about itself, as meet spring are healthy and happy.
