Vegetables baked with salmon.
one bunch for green onion, 250 gr of asparagus, carrot, white onion, two red peppers spicy red, three garlics, 75 ml. of olive oil, 60 ml. of soy sauce and white wine vinegar , 1.8 kg of fillet salmon with skin, two tbl.sp. of green mint, two tea.sp. of salt, pepper black, as for sauce use two big red spicy peppers, root ginger, four tbl.sp. of wine white vinegar, three tbl.sp. of sugar powder, two tbl.sp. of green mint, mint.
Fry vegetables in garlic for two minutes, adding mixture of sauce and wine, cool, as for one fillet layer apply vegetables,covering with next layer, fix, spread with oil, salt pepper. Bake for 25 minutes, as after for three minutes put on grill, as for sauce use red peppers, as cut, shred ginger, add vinegar, powder, mint.
