3.Doing Triconasana in right side, on breathe out bend right leg, put palm of right hand on floor, or touch for floor with ends of fingers a right hand.
4.Delay in such pose and doing two breathes in, after breathe out and rise left leg from a floor, stretch wrist of right hand and right leg, as good after open shoulders,return breast to left.
5.Keep balance in such pose for 30 sec, deep and smooth breath, who hard keeps balance use a wall,like a suppport for body.
6.After low left leg on floor, and return to Trikonasana.
7.Repeat pose in left side.
8.As she is different, as grace for for womens, raise left hand, as on one line with shoulders.As pose sucg tones for low spine, and nerves, going to leg s muscles, stretchen knees, with an other staying pose as such asana cures a bad digestion.
