As doing such exercise you are twisting for spine, as here spine working for a full, as on clockwise doing and against.
Stay, hands before itself, like in last twists, move eyes to any side, try for look behind spine, as for eyes moving, move and head, waist shoulder, belly, corner for turning with every move is slightly raising.
As same doing three twists kinds are vertical or straight, with incline to front for 45 degrees, with a small incline back.
As vertical rolling for a look, with a small force, turn head, neck,shoulders, feet, pelvis, knees are swinging slightly, wrists are before itself keeping.
In a twisting with incline to front a corpus inclined in corner till 45 degrees, head not raising, as keeping for spine line, legs are widen for shoulders, shoulder blades are slightly lead, elbows are back lead, as in twisting with incline to back are fist supporting waist, elbows are moved back, waist bended, half bridge like, as on an initial side put hands before itself, and twisting in one after to other side, every exercise repeat till 3 times.
