am doing a cocktail of juices as four tbl.sp. of turnip juice, 4 tbl.sp. of beet, 5 tbl.sp. of pumpkin, mixing,add in farfur pot, add stewing honey lime of one tbl.sp, mixing, drinking for night.

two tbl.sp. of chopped ginger, one tbl.sp. of curcuma, coriander, saffron, one tea,sp. of powder mustard, mixing, adding melted butter oil, mixing, infuse day, cream is ready, rub in tired legs , keeping for 20 minutes, wash a warm water with soap.
in weak immunity use one tea.sp. of green tea, two tbl.sp. of dried hibiscus chopped, two tbl.sp. of berries raspberry, three pinks buttons, add in thermos in two glasses for hot water, close, infuse for 5 hours, filter, use warm within a day.
in ache joints use one l. of artichoke juice, 0.5 kg of grape, as black grape and artichoke chop, add honey, dark,warm into put for two months, received vinegar doing lotions on aches for one time/day for 6 hours within ten days.
