As staphylococcus causing a pus inflammation,as in injuries, shaving, waxing, tweezing, metabolism bad, chronic diseases, and weak immunity.
As you are not squeezing theirs,scratching, pressing, as scars and very terrible forming om skin, and infection will raise, use poly vitamins as on autumn and early spring for immunity supporting,use laundry soap for washing damage sides,dry with towel, apply anti bacterial ointment as levomicol, tetracycline, soil. methylene blue, tea tree oil, green brilliant, as use care for skin,as anti oiliness cure with scrubs, lotions of salicylic acid, as doing after skin healing, and avoiding eating flour, spicy meal, that will lead to a full recovering.
