As on my adult age as 80 y.old am having sugar diabetes, hypothyreosis, hip neck fracture, removes gall bladder, and may of, but am not worry, am keeping a hope, move in my obesity. Early morning on am waking up, over my bed put a tourniquet,like a tube, and taking for her, like monkey moving on tube,like in jungle on trees twigs, as showing in my mind detailed,and mood raised. As I know to fix a health with an exercise,as here a few from my arsenal, as put palm of right hand on forehead, that small finger finding over eyebrow, and on a top of right palm to put a left and moving theirs to right and left,for 15 times, so am fighting with headache and dizziness.
And this exercise removing a gall delay, and blood, improving stomach work, bowel, liver, as on a belly lie activity stretch in a belly, repeating move till 20 times.
As next exercise will fats deposits fight, improve work for internal glands secretion, as lie on spine, stretch in bended leg as more nearer to breast, try to touch a heel to buttock, faster doing, doing for 15 times,alternately with every leg.
As in sugar diabetes diet is importance, as on a morning am eating porridge with 0.5 tea.sp. of cinnamon, and right now am shredding 200 gr of cleaned apples, and artichoke,eating one tbl.sp. a few times/day, as cinnamon and artichoke are lowering sugar in blood.
And always as am keeping a cure balsams as 100 gr of dried, or 200 gr of fresh dill adding in one l. white dry wine, month dark into infuse, press, drink on 25 drops before meal for 4 imes/day, for digestion work improving, as helping in hypertension, insomnia. As strengthening balsam of glass oats adding in one l. of hot water, stew to evaporating for 1/4 of liquid, drink on 0.5 glass with honey.
