Two simple nd effective exercises.
1.Stay look to a front on any item, turn right to head, to left, repeat 10 times to every side.
2.Stay,look to a front on any item, raise head, low, do not change look, repeat for 10 times.
For myopia preventing.
Sit, every repeating till 6 times.
1.Back to move, breathe in deeply, incline to a front is breath out.
2.And on a chair s wall relax, close eyelids, screw up stronger eyes,open eyelids.
3.Hands on waist, turn head to right, look on elbow of a right hand,turn head to left, look on elbow of the left hand,return back.
4.Eyes up, doing theirs a circle moves as clockwise,after against.
5.Hands to front, look on fingers ends, raise hands up as breathe in, check with eyes for moves hands, head des not raise,low hands in breathe out.
In every 50 minutes of vision work repeating these exercises at home, and continuation for training at 5 minutes.
