Fruit, cacao of jelly, and drink Shato is against meteorism.

Glass of sweet fruit juice fresh pressed, tea.sp. of jelatine, tbl.sp. of suhgar, or seeetener, tea.sp. of lemon juice.
Wet jelatine for swelling in water, and add on warm bath, keeping till diluting,cooling, and add sugar with a juice, and lemon acid, mix,ads in plates,cool.

Two tbl.sp. of dried berries/hibiscus/, 1/2 glass of water, tbl.sp. of starch, tea.sp. of sugar.
Dilutes starch in 1/4 glass of water, lead till boiling, ads berries for half hours, ads water, cook 15 minutes on weak fire,filter,ads sugar, diluted starch,cook 10 minutes, mixing ,on weak fire.
To cook a  for liquid kisel off tea.sp.sugar, middle thickness for tbl.sp. starch, thick for tbl.sp.starch with mountain. 
Jelly cooks of pectin, agar-agar, sugar, lemon juice,jelly is good absorbing,and very nourishing.

Cacao kelly.
50 gr.powder cacao, glass of milk, tea.sp. gelatine.
Wet for swelling gelatine,warm till diluting, adding cacao, and milk, mixing,add in forms, cools.

Shato drink.
glass of milk, tbl.sp. of honey, two eggs, tea.sp. of butter oil, vanilla.
Honey rub with oil, wash eggs, shake,adding mixing in boiling milk, ads vanilla, shake.
