Kisels are good digesting, creating a protective membrane on bowel s wall, and good for meal penetrating.
Fruit kisel.
200 gr.of fresh fruits/raspberry, strawberry, apricots, peach, cherry, black currant or freezes/, tea.sp. of starch, glass of water, 1/2 tea.sp. of lemon juice, glass of sugar.
Wash fruits, rub ,juice ads in pot,mass thick ads in water,cook a few hours, starch dilutes in water, ads in sugar, add fruit water, cook 10 minutes on weak fire, mixing,adding of lemon juice,mixed with fruit juice, mix all, add in glasses,sprinkle sugar, cool serving.
Milk kisel.
Glass of milk, tea.sp. of sugar, tbl.sp. starch.
Starch dilutes in cold milk, boil milk other part for, mixing adding starch diluted, sugar, cook in weak fire mixing 10 minutes till.
Compote canned of kisel.
400 gr. of compote, glass of water, tbl.sp. of starch.
Dilutes starch in cold water, syrup of compote ads in pot, rub fruits, add water,cook on a weak fire, adding diluted starch, cooking mixing till 10 minutes, add syrup, mixes, leads till boiling, add in glasses.
